It's so easy to fall into the trap of feeling like It's so easy to fall into the trap of feeling like there's nothing we can do to make a difference -- so why even bother trying?  In a world where such large-scale problems are shoved in our faces and there's little we can do to stop them, it's hard NOT to feel like giving up sometimes.  But the truth is that all of our actions every day can have a deep impact on those around us -- and that kind of change has a significant ripple effect outward into our communities and our world.  We are not powerless to help ourselves and those around us.  We are not powerless as long as we can love and care. 🫶🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

You matter.  Your friends and family matter.  Your community matters.  Your world matters.  Don't ever let any media saturation or catastrophizing take that away from you.  Efforts like these may seem small at first, but even a single small change can make all the difference for someone in your life. ✨
