INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup non-fat milk
- 4 oz low-fat blueberry yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh packed baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp raspberry syrup
STEPS
- Add milk, yogurt, spinach, and berries to blender
- Blend until mixture is smooth
- If thicker smoothie is desired, add ice cubes.
- Pour into your travel mug and go!
