INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup non-fat milk
  • 4 oz low-fat blueberry yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh packed baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp raspberry syrup

STEPS

  1. Add milk, yogurt, spinach, and berries to blender
  2. Blend until mixture is smooth
  3. If thicker smoothie is desired, add ice cubes.
  4. Pour into your travel mug and go!
