INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg

STEPS
- Preheat an electric griddle to 350 degrees
- Mix wet ingredients well. Pour mixture into a shallow dish
- Dip bread into mixture, allowing the bread to absorb the mixture
- Transfer bread to griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides
- Serve warm with butter and maple syrup
