Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bowl

For the Bowl

  • 1 medium-sized apple, chopped
  • Β½ cup 2% fat cottage cheese
  • Β½ cup granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ΒΌ tsp ground cinnamon

Suggested Mix-Ins

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp nut butter, melted
  • ΒΌ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt


  1. In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir to combine. Top with cinnamon.
  2. Add your favorite mix-in’s or enjoy as-is. Eat immediately or store in your refrigerator until ready to eat.
