INGREDIENTS:
For the Bowl
- 1 medium-sized apple, chopped
- Β½ cup 2% fat cottage cheese
- Β½ cup granola
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ΒΌ tsp ground cinnamon
Suggested Mix-Ins
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp nut butter, melted
- ΒΌ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
STEPS:
- In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir to combine. Top with cinnamon.
- Add your favorite mix-in’s or enjoy as-is. Eat immediately or store in your refrigerator until ready to eat.
