INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cub spinach
  • 1 squeeze maple syrup

STEPS

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender
  2. Top with mixed oats, chopped pecans and additional fruit
